How long does an outdoor vinyl decal last?
Our outdoor vinyl is rated to last between 5 and 7 years.
Do you take returns or exchanges?
We do not take returns or exchanges on custom orders. Because we work with you on your custom order and you approve the design before we proceed, we do not take returns or exchanges on these orders.
For all other orders, we will exchange if your order does not arrive as you expected or ordered (completely wrong color or design, damaged, etc).
We do not take responsibility for product damaged due to incorrect installation. If you have questions prior to installing decals, please message me so that we can work through any concerns before you attempt to install. We try to work with you on any questions before or after purchase and supply instructions with each order.
Any refunds are for the full purchase price of the item. Shipping fees will not be refunded.
